The Molise Chamber of Commerce has launched a new online booking service, now available at its offices in Campobasso and Isernia. This project marks a significant step forward in the digitalization of services, aiming to simplify access for citizens and businesses, improve operational efficiency, and reduce waiting times at service counters.

Filippo Maria Capitanio, supporting the coordination of the Ecosistema Digitale Circolare Molismart project, played a key role in implementing the new system. Thanks to this innovation, users can now book appointments online through the Chamber of Commerce’s portal and receive an SMS confirmation with the appointment time and a queue management code for a faster and more organized experience.

The introduction of this system is a clear example of how digital transformation can enhance public services, providing innovative solutions that meet the needs of the community. It represents a step towards the future of Public Administration.

The news was also reported by Ansa.it, highlighting how this service offers a significant advantage to Chamber users by improving the efficiency and quality of interactions with the institution.
